As women we are the gateway of life, and we feel very profoundly the cascading crises of our revved up life and imperiled planet. There is no script. We are in uncharted territory.

The Alchemy of Interdependence
It is our great privilege to live in times where physicists have discovered what ancient mystics from all the world’s religions have known: we are truly one, we are one interconnected electro-magnetic energy field. Whatever smallest thought we have or action we take influences what happens in the world! It is interdependence, rather than independence, which is the highest principal, the universal law. Setting and holding intention has a major role in determining the outcome of a situation. When you shift your attitude and get something started, all manner of serendipitous events unfold. Choice is our greatest tool.

Who, Me?
You will be refreshed and invigorated by stories of women who found that courage and committed action are the antidote to cynicism, hopelessness, anger, and despair. Finding their voices, they created renewal in their workplaces, communities, and the environment that they hardly dreamed was possible. Most began with a stirring in their heart that something needed doing. Their minds came up with dozens of seemingly logical reasons why they shouldn’t take action. But Eleanor Roosevelt said, “You must do the things you think you cannot do.” They broke through their resistance taking one small step after another.

Leading From the Heart
As women, we are comfortable working in circles of inclusivity and partnership. We know that energy is created in the experience of coming together: heart to heart engaging in dialogue, teaching each other, trusting each other, and taking risks together. Supporting one another, women are arising as essential leaders in the emerging Wisdom Society.
